One and half 12 months outdated nomad boy goes lacking in Ludhiana

LUDHIANA: One and half year old baby boy of went missing from a in on Saturday night. Police is in the process of registering kidnapping case against unidentified accused into the matter.
Shahdin, father of one and half years old baby boy Imran, a nomad who is into raising buffaloes, told police that he along with his wife Nijja was sleeping in his makeshift hut on road side on Saturday night. He added that his two children had gone to their maternal grand parents place in .

Father of Imran said that at around 2.30 am on Sunday, a living in the quarters in the area started raising alarm about his bag being stolen. He added that they got up because of the noise in the area and were shocked to see their youngest child Imran missing from there.

Shahdin said that initially they searched for his son in the area but after they couldn’t find him, they informed police.

On being informed, cops from Saleem Tabri police station reached the spot and started investigation into the matter.

Station House Officer (SHO) Saleem Tabri police station, Inspector said that child belongs to nomad community and they would move from one place to other for cattle raising. He added that they are registering kidnapping case under section 363 (punishment for kidnapping) of Indian Penal Code (IPC) against unidentified accused in the matter.
